Spots are limited to 40 preferred pre-selected seats for this game. Seating will be assigned to you in advanced on a first-come, first-served basis according to family size and what seats have been kindly donated to us. Each family will receive admission, food, and beverage vouchers for each adult and youth registered. Game starts at 6:35 pm- one week before the game you will receive an email from Every Child Central Oregon stating your registration time, where to check-in to receive your family packet, and all other pertinent information. Check-in times will begin as early as 5:30pm and timeliness will be very important to ensure we are able to serve everyone well and honor the Bend Elks venue and hard-working staff. ** REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS ** Every person attending MUST have their own individual ticket in order to enter the game. When registering, please use the SAME name and email address for all tickets you are claiming.
